When teaching meditation Bev draws on the experience she has gained from more than 15 years of her own intensive meditation practices. She initially started a daily meditation
practice with her Ayurveda teacher, Vijay, in 2000. On returning to the UK in 2005, Bev began studying with Rob Preece, an internationally recognised Vajrayana Buddhist practitioner
and teacher. Under Rob's guidance Bev has completed many group and solitary retreats. Rob has now given Bev permission to share these practices with others.
Bev is highly skilled in tailoring meditation practises to an individual's requirements and needs, the reason why she only teaches meditation in small privately organised groups. Bev has a profound understanding of integrating the pschological and energetic aspects of traditional Yoga asana and pranayama practices with Buddhist Vajrayana Mahamudra, Vipassana and Deity practices.
