During May and June, Simon will be running Introductory/Return to Ashtanga classes on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, 7.00-800pm at our
Yoga Room in Crackington Haven.
In these classes, you will be taught the Ashtanga yoga sequence step-by-step. So do come and try this dynamic style of yoga in an easy to follow class where you will stretch your whole body, build strength & fitness and learn to calm the mind! You will leave feeling energised and with a great sense of well-being.
No prior bendiness is required, only a willingness to learn and a commitment to attend any of the 4 evening classes during May and June.

We teach Ashtanga yoga in the tradition of our teachers guru Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and Sri R. Sharath Jois from Mysore, India
who dedicated themselves to sharing this beautiful practice to thousands of people all over the world. The teaching style is
known as 'Mysore style self-practice', when you come to study with us we will teach you the formal Ashtanga Yoga sequences on
an individual basis but in a group setting - it's rather like each person in the room is having their own private class.
This method of teaching allows you to very easily develop your own personnal yoga practice - one that is tailored for you. What we share is a precise and proven method that will enable you to work on your own, adapting, developing and progressing your personnal yoga practice with us as your teacher.
By developing a personal yoga practice you will have an invaluable tool at your disposal that can help you to stay healthy and balanced in both mind and body. This is particularly important in our busy lives where we need to juggle many tasks, wishes and demands. Ashtanga yoga is a process that helps you to get to know yourself and your inner Self, that part of you which is pure joy and happiness.
